Downtown has plenty of sushi. What it does not have is omakase cut piece by piece for $70, A5 Miyazaki wagyu served with its certificate of origin, and a robata menu working the same room as a serious sake list.
Niku is one of the area’s new restaurants of 2026, and the room matches the menu: textured stone, warm Edison light, and a bar that treats Japanese whisky with respect.

We are at 11543 Sylo Xing in Zionsville. From downtown Indianapolis, Michigan Road (US-421) runs nearly straight to our door; I-65 North works just as well. From the northwest side, Traders Point, or 86th Street, you are closer to us than to downtown.
