Our menu moves from delicate nigiri to bold signature rolls, from charcoal-fired robata to a craft cocktail bar that takes Japanese spirits seriously. East meets west, served with intention.
The dining room seats about 120 guests across a main floor, an eight seat chef’s counter, a private dining room for 24, and a seasonal patio. Niku opened on May 29, 2026 at Sylo Xing on the Zionsville and Carmel border.
