Visiting from Carmel

Carmel’s sushi run
now heads west.

Niku Kitchen.Sushi.Bar sits one town over in Zionsville. About fifteen minutes from central Carmel, closer from West Carmel and WestClay.

Why Cross Town

Worth the short drive.

Carmel has no shortage of good tables. What it does not have is our sushi counter: omakase cut piece by piece, A5 Miyazaki wagyu with papers, a robata grill, and a sake list that goes from a hot carafe to a $250 junmai daiginjo.

Head west on 106th or 116th Street and you are at Sylo Xing before the podcast hits the second ad break.
