Niku Kitchen.Sushi.Bar is a new fine-dining Japanese restaurant from the team behind Sylo Crossing in Zionsville, Indiana, about 20 minutes north of downtown Indianapolis. The dining room seats roughly 120 guests across a main floor, a private dining room, a chef's counter, and a seasonal patio. The menu pairs traditional Japanese technique with modern American sensibilities: sushi and sashimi from a dedicated counter, robata-grilled meats and seafood, an omakase tasting at the chef's counter, and a craft cocktail and sake program.
